アカウント・プライバシーのご相談
アカウント削除は、対応版の Settings → Account → Delete app account から本人確認・最終確認を経て申請し、Check deletion status で状況を確認できます。受付は完了ではなく、外部サービスでの処理や確認に時間がかかる場合があります。
ログインできない場合、操作が利用できない場合、Unity Player Accounts（UPA）だけを連携していて本人確認へ進めない場合、削除が完了しない場合も、下のフォームで受け付けます。開示・訂正・削除・利用停止・同意撤回、保持対象や処理状況の確認もご相談ください。対象の確認に必要な情報は個別にご案内し、適用法令に従って対応します。
ログアウト、連携解除、アカウント削除では、Store／Webサブスクリプションは解約されません。購入元で別途解約してください。購入所有・共有・監査等の記録の保持についてはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
UPA自体の削除はUnityの削除ページ、UPAの開示等はUnityのプライバシー窓口で受け付けられます。SceneDrafterの情報に関する依頼は下のフォームをご利用ください。
Account and privacy requests
In a supported version, request deletion in Settings → Account → Delete app account, then use Check deletion status to check progress. If you cannot sign in, only UPA is linked and verification cannot proceed, or deletion is unavailable or incomplete, use the form below. You can also request access, correction or deletion of information, withdrawal of consent, and details of retained records or processing status. We will explain any identity verification needed. Account deletion and unlinking do not cancel Store or web subscriptions. See the Privacy Policy for retained records and requests about UPA itself.

不具合のご相談には、アプリのバージョン、OSの種類・バージョン、再現手順、表示されたエラーを添えていただくと確認しやすくなります。パスワード、認証コード、認証トークン、カード情報、購入レシート全文はフォームに記載しないでください。本人確認や購入の調査に追加情報が必要な場合は、安全な提供方法を個別にご案内します。
