1. Scope and Operator

Quartet Labo LLC (the "Operator") handles information about users of the SceneDrafter app (the "App") in accordance with this Policy.

This Policy applies to use of the App, visits to this website, and inquiries about the App. The provisions about the App and those about website analytics are identified separately below. The account provisions apply when you use those features in a supported App version and platform.

2. Created Data

Projects you create or edit in the App, imported assets, exported images, and similar materials are referred to as "Created Data." This includes work in progress.

Created Data is handled on the device or at a storage location you choose. The Operator and purchase-management services do not automatically collect Created Data.

3. Information We Obtain or Process and Purposes of Use

The App and the Operator handle the following information for the purposes stated. Information processed by third-party services is described in Section 4.

Information How it is obtained and purpose of use
App account identifiers (Unity Authentication Player ID), login-provider identifiers and linking status, authentication and session information Processed when you sign in or link Google, Apple, or Unity Player Accounts, to verify identity, recover the same account, add or unlink login methods, verify entitlements, and prevent abuse
Account selected for purchase sharing; purchase source, product and original transaction identifiers; sharing confirmation, processing status and history Used to share purchases you confirm, provide paid features on the same account, verify purchase ownership, prevent duplicate processing or unauthorized transfers, and respond to inquiries
Identity verification, requests, progress, results, operation and audit records for account deletion and login-method unlinking Used to carry out your request, confirm its result, recover from failures, and prevent abuse
Connection information such as IP addresses, and abuse-prevention identifiers Used for website, authentication and purchase-service communications, secure operation, and limiting excessive requests. The App authentication and purchase server uses short-lived keyed transformations of IP addresses for rate limiting instead of storing the original IP addresses in its database
Purchased products; purchase, renewal, expiration, restoration, and similar status; transaction verification information Processed through the purchase-management service and used to provide paid features, verify and restore purchases, prevent fraud, respond to inquiries, and compile and analyze sales and subscription-continuation status
Identifiers automatically generated for purchase management, and technical information about the app, OS, and similar Processed through the purchase-management service and used to confirm usage entitlements and to investigate issues related to purchases and restoration
Crash and error information; information about performance and operating status; technical information about the device, OS, app, and similar needed for diagnostics; identifiers generated per installation Automatically collected and sent during use of the App through Unity Diagnostics, and used to identify, investigate, and fix issues and to improve stability, performance, and compatibility
Name, email address, inquiry content, and optional attachments Information you provide when contacting us, used to respond, investigate issues, and manage correspondence history
Website pages viewed, referring site, outbound link clicks, browser and device technical information, and cookie identifiers Processed through Google Analytics 4 only if a visitor allows analytics, to understand use of the website and the path to the Mac App Store

The Operator does not obtain or store payment information such as card numbers through the App.

If Created Data or logs are needed for an inquiry, we will tell you the scope required. We will not disclose Created Data or materials provided to us for purposes other than responding to the inquiry.

3.1 External sign-in and purchase sharing

Google and Apple sign-in process information identifying you and the authentication result. The current sign-in flow does not request permission to obtain your Google or Apple name, email address, or profile picture, or to access Gmail, Google Drive, or contacts. We do not repurpose information obtained through Google sign-in for advertising or website analytics.

Unity handles email addresses and other information for Unity Player Accounts registration. The App requests authentication and continued sign-in permissions and uses the authentication result. The Operator does not store login-provider profiles or email addresses in its authentication and purchase database. See Section 4 for each provider’s handling of information.

The Apple Account used for App Store purchases and restoration serves a different role from Apple sign-in to the App. App account registration is not required solely for supported App Store purchases or restoration. To share an Apple purchase with an App account, we ask you to confirm the purchase and destination account. Signing in alone does not automatically share a purchase. Signing in or sharing a purchase does not sync Created Data to the cloud.

4. Third-Party Services and Provision of Information

Information that a third-party service obtains and manages on its own is handled under that provider's privacy policy. Information the Operator entrusts for processing is handled under this Policy and the contract with the processor. Inquiries are accepted through the contact point in Section 7.

In addition to processing by entrusted processors, we may provide information to third parties to the extent necessary when you consent, or when disclosure is required or permitted under applicable law.

5. Retention and Deletion of Information

5.1 Purchase-related information

We retain purchase-related information for as long as needed to confirm and restore purchases, provide paid features, respond to inquiries, and prevent fraud. Information that is no longer needed is deleted in accordance with applicable law and the contract and deletion procedures with processors.

Transaction records independently retained by payment service providers and similar parties are handled under each provider's policies.

We may also retain information to the extent necessary to meet legal retention obligations, handle disputes, and similar purposes.

5.2 Inquiry information

Inquiry content and attachments are used to respond, investigate, and manage correspondence history, and are deleted after being retained for the necessary period.

5.3 Diagnostic information

Diagnostic information processed by Unity Diagnostics is retained to investigate and fix issues and to improve stability, performance, and compatibility. Unity's published standard retention period for Diagnostics personal data is 90 days. Retention and deletion on Unity's side follow the applicable service settings and contract.

Requests regarding disclosure, deletion, and similar matters for diagnostic information are accepted through the contact page in Section 7. To identify the relevant information, we will ask for information needed to confirm identifiers generated per installation and similar details, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law, including requests to Unity.

5.4 Website analytics

This website loads the Google Analytics 4 tag only after you allow analytics. Your choice is normally stored in your browser's local storage until you change it or clear your browser data. If saving a refusal there fails, the site may store the refusal in session storage or a cookie lasting up to one year to prevent measurement from restarting. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer. After you decline or withdraw consent, new measurement will not start. On withdrawal, the site attempts to delete its Google Analytics cookies; information already sent is not deleted retroactively.

The site's Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire no later than 90 days after the last visit. Event-level data retention in Google Analytics 4 will be set to two months before publication. Aggregated reports and other processing within Google's services follow Google's settings and policies.

5.5 Account and authentication information

Account identifiers and linked login methods are retained for as long as needed to provide and recover the account and verify entitlements. One-time authentication relay information expires shortly and is deleted following use, cancellation, or expiry. Credentials needed to revoke Apple authorization during account deletion are encrypted and retained temporarily, then erased on completion or when the retention limit requiring reauthentication is reached.

In a supported version, request App account deletion through Settings → Account → Delete app account, followed by identity verification and final confirmation. Use Check deletion status to check progress. Acceptance of a request is different from completion; processing by external services or further verification can take time. If you cannot sign in, the action is unavailable, processing does not complete, or only Unity Player Accounts is linked and identity verification cannot proceed, use the contact page.

Deletion removes the relevant Unity Authentication account and the Operator’s account and purchase-status records, among other data, and revokes Apple sign-in authorization where needed. Purchase ownership and transaction associations, sharing history, audit and deletion-handling records may remain to the extent necessary to prevent improper reacquisition or transfers to another account, address contractual or legal requirements, and handle disputes. These records do not have a single automatic deletion deadline. You can ask about retained information or request its deletion through the contact point in Section 7.

Signing out, unlinking a login method, or deleting the App account does not cancel Store or web subscriptions, delete all accounts or transaction records independently held by purchase or login providers, or delete Created Data on your device. Cancel subscriptions separately with the purchase provider. Deleting the App account stops sign-in and shared Pro access through that account. Valid local App Store purchases and restoration on supported devices are evaluated separately.

5.6 Requests to external login providers

For management or deletion of Google or Apple accounts themselves, see the relevant provider’s procedures. To delete Unity Player Accounts itself, use Unity’s account deletion page. For UPA disclosure and other privacy requests, contact Unity’s privacy support. Deleting UPA itself does not delete all information held by SceneDrafter or other integrated services. For information handled by SceneDrafter, use the contact point in Section 7.

6. Security of Information

The Operator takes reasonable measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of information it handles, including restricting access to the information, managing authentication credentials, and managing processors.

7. Contact

For requests regarding disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of information, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy-related inquiries, please contact us through the contact page. We will verify your identity as needed and respond in accordance with applicable law.
